Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service (service@vaporpuffs.com) within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Pricing & Billing
At this time, we are not collecting sales tax.

Credit can take up to 7 business days to appear on your card from the time we receive your item(s).

I purchased an AOL at my local tobacco shop, new. Had problems immediately with combust and draw. Made sure it was pristine and returned it, some 15 hours later. Tried to exchange or apply to another. He trough a bit of tobacco in it an puffed away…see it works. I had him open it an pour out the contents…ash. I asked if he knew the difference between combustion and vaporize, he just blew me off. So there goes a long time sales relationship, $50 and I’m feeling stupid. Vapor is so much better for my COPD, I thought I prolong my love of endulgence just a bit longer. Did they make any retro fit to the AGO?

We ship our packages via USPS. If the package is small enough, USPS will put it in your mailbox. Your package will arrive in an unmarked padded white envelope. You can also request discrete shipping in the customer note section of the checkout page.
